Interesting... I went through the same thing several years ago. I was on birth control which changed my hormone levels. I think that my hormone levels played a big part in it. I think that part of me just didn't want to really be having sex. Also, it can be purely psychological. You are just not associating your breasts with pleasure. Could it be the certain way he touches them? I mean, would it help if he were more gentle or aggressive? If not, then maybe you should try enjoying your breasts by yourself while masturbating. Now I know, to some people that might sound strange, but you have to love your body if you truly want to enjoy sex. Think about sexually positive things and try to associate them with your breasts. Also, if you do not think that your breasts are attractive, that can play a HUGE part in it.
