It could be enriched flour, homogonized oils - look at the first few ingredients and most likely that could be it. Also, sometimes food allergies are mistaken for a far more serious condition such as GERD - look it up and check out the symptoms, it sounds like they may be similar to what you are experiencing and find a good GI doctor - it wouldn't hurt to visit a GI doctor to get some tests run so that you can rule out the possibility of GERD or not.
