I agree! I was in the best shape of my life when I started running 5 times a week and eating salads and fruit! However, this was almost 2 years ago! I really am trying to lose some weight, but it is really is hard. For now, my goal is 5 pounds. Hopefully, I can lose 10 or 15 by the end of the summer! How much weight did you lose, paralia?
