A "rape fantasy" is different from a rape. Some people (of both genders, and as "rapist" and "victim") enjoy rape fantasies. The difference between a "rape fantasy" and a rape, is that in the fantasy either can stop it whenever they want.
It is like play wrestling, spanking, bondage, or any of the other "forced" sort of sex games. If both parties enjoy it, great. But if either doesn't like it, they shouldn't do it.
