lol well in the begining i had only a few questions but as i was typing i was thinking about more and more lol

and no i ate before 6 so im not hungry

but in reply to what you said about red meats, i dont eat meat im not a true vegitarian as i do eat it once in a while when b/f and i go out to eat , eating meat makes me sad to think about the animals and how they are slaughered ( i watched a dvd years ago called Chew on this made me cry and got me into researching about how things are done and when i was 5 and asked what veal is gues what i have not ever tried that ), but as i have read up on it we dont need to eat meats if we eat the other things that will keep our bodies running good.

they always say that the U.S.A is getting realy fat and its our food how its processed , cooked and how much we eat

c'mon deep fried twinkies and snickers bars i think they are trying to kill us off , my mother said twinkies are made with pure lard and have a shelf life of invinity

then they introduced fried ice cream im not sure i think it came from china??

there are so much out there that is way unhealthy and i love how some fast food places are trying realy hard to have other things that are beter high five to them but c'mon i have 5 nephews under the age of 7 and not one of them would rather have apples in the shape of french fries instead of real french fries or eat oranges instead of ice cream shake or bottle of milk instead of soda ( except my 2 half nephews that are not allowd to drink soda and they dont even ask some ppl find it strange, but its going to be good in the long run as the 5 year old Loves salad he will even get the chicken snack wrap and eat the lettuce tomatoes and sauce and not the chicken LOL

But, our food today is not as healthy its to easy and ppl dont relize our bodies are not made for how our world is in this new age .
back in the day we worked our butts off all day long in the feilds or chopping wood or hunting and gathering never just sitting around. so our bodies needed to eat all those calories plus the food was home grown crops vegies and free ranged animals (todays animals are mass produced filled with a hole bunch of things i wont go into detail , made to get big fat and reproduce fast for more profit some animals of today are eating things that are not normal ( read a news story online when we had those out breaks of mad cow they said one heard was re-infected as the sick cows was ground up and fed to the other cows ??? yeah thats cool NOT) even our vegies are made almost cloned and are not the best but are better than nothing i guess
so anyway..
we dont do any activity to burn the calories the food is there we dont have to do anything for it and most things that we have (chips are a big one) that have things in them that make them taste to so good but are bad if eating without moderation.

( i love those shows on tv did anyone see those were ppl went back in time and tried to survive like the pioneers Hehesheshe they all got a big shock work work work or no food no food no surviving and no easy day to day living )

yeah i ramble on and on but you realy dont have to read it lolz
