Diet Plan
Well it's about time that I go on a diet, but the question is I need help with chosing a good Diet plan! I know forsure that it will consist of 8 glasses of water a day, but asfar as food I honestly don't know how to carry that out, so if you guys know any good diet plans to go with 8 glasses of water everyday please share them! This can include Vitamins too!
