Just try to eat a healthy balanced diet and get plenty of exercise. Diets don't work, you need to change the way you eat- permanently. The problem with diets is that they are temporary, you lose the weight and then go back to the lifestyle that made you overweight in the first place.
1. plenty of fruits and veggies
2. lean meats
3. cut out fried foods/fast food/sweets (these things should be a rare treat)
4. exercise 5 times a week
