One thing to not do is eat right before bed, its bad for your health and wont help u lose any weight. i am on a diet and have posted on other topics and have stoped eating at 7pm and its helping me as when i get up in the morning im hungry and my matabolizm was at rest and then kicks in after i work out then eat breakfast.
i never relized how much i snack at night when im not even hungry
