I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs and need some help. I'm 41, 5'5" and about 150 lbs. I started exercising for an hour about 5 days a week. I was taking Relicore for 2 months and that seems to have helped me lose a little stomach. But I also started taking Colon Health everyday at the same time. That made me regular so that helped me to.
I'm know there isn't a miracle pill to get rid of the fat and the wieght alone but I'm looking for something that will help me lose it faster along with the exercise.
