wow... it seems like discus dental is hiding behind a big lawsuit waiting to happen. when i went into my dentist and he was so overwhelmed by my burned gums he had me wait in the chair while he called the zoom rep to see what they were going to do for me- and he wanted an answer to why this was happening.. he was scared to do anymore!
of course no one called him back while i was there. it's now been a week- i waited patiently for my dentist to call me like he said he would. he hasn't. so i assumed he got busy and no one ever called him. so i called them and left a message. i am going to write an email to zoom as well. i am not stopping the pursuit of this. i have pictures and so does my dentist. i am not sue happy- but if i have to pursue a lawsuit so they can't hide anymore, so no one else gets hurt... i will. there is no reason to act this unresponsible! this is peoples body's we are talking about... this is not a joke. my gums are not black or blue anymore. it's been longer than a week but my gums are way up higher on my two upper front teeth. i do hope they grow back down to their original look. they are very sensitive and raw still. and those two front teeth are super sensitive. something serious happened and i'm not going to ignore it.
