I am down 10 pounds and only been on this diet for two and a half weeks! I am reaching my goal at good pace and don't mind it at all. anyone wanna be my buddy? we can keep in touch and give our weights and measurements monthly and everything... who knows we may even get a chance to meet and talk on the phone a bit!
