I love my carbs as well..... I have found that Fiber One bars (the chocolate ones ) have been the best when I crave carbs. They are 220 calories and full of fiber so they fill you up. I wouldn't make a habit out of eating them all the time, but they're good for "cheating".

Does anyone have issues with protein? I'm ok with my diet, but I find myself dreading the protein. I don't like dark meats so I use turky on a sandwhich each day (my diet is very bland and the same each day...but it works). What are some other forms of protein that people have found useful? And DON'T say tuna!! lol...I can't eat that stuff every single day.
