Well, I didn't lose any weight this week.
I think the colon cleanse makes you lose weight more than anything and it doesn't seem to have much affect anymore, even at the maximum dosage of 6 per day.
I like the affects of the second Acai bottle though. I don't have any more groggy mornings, I rather wake up feeling refreshed (before taking my morning dosage). So I'll likely finish up that bottle and take the colon cleanse on alternating weeks or something.
As for actual weight loss ... I suppose it's time to start that yoga! It's about the only video I can follow from start to finish (unlike those other exercise for "beginners" videos).
