Walking is the most gentlest form of exercise that your body can do, that can be increased as time goes by. Start 10 minutes a day, every day and soon you actually will feel some energy and will be able to do 15, then 20..
Every time you feel you want something that you know you shouldn't eat, drink a glass of water.
Eat small meals, 6 a day, a few nuts, an apple, chicken and fish more so than red meat, lots of greens, salads, vegetables so you get full at lunch and dinner.
Don't use cream, processed foods, cheese, butter, gravy rather, use lemon, soy, honey over vegetables with some lemon with it, those types of "sauces"...
The fad diets make you hungry.. swap ice-cream for non fat gelati...
There are many things you can eat, and a lot of, unfortunately they are not potato chips or fries, or fried chicken... It's those foods that will stop you achieving.
Make a goal and stick to it, 1 kilo a week and each time you eat the things you are as fond of, remember that 1 kilo is going to come off and smile....
You'd be suprised at how you grow to like certain foods that otherwise you wouldn't have thought that you liked.
