6-10 pounds per month. hopefully by june ive lost 30-40lb

no rice, cutting back on bread. i'll only drink water. no eating after 8pm. no more sweets(noo!), chicken fish more fruits i have no problem for veggies cause i love eating veggies! I plan to do this workout for 12 days I found on the net, lol. but ill still be doing dance/aerobics, cycling running twice a week.
how's that sound?
But ill start slowly so that my body won't have a hard time coping with my new diet.
