You sound like you are on the right track. I go to curves my workout is 30-40mins but when i use to go to a regular gym my trainer told me i will start seeing results within 3 months for the least that is if i keep up with my regular gym workout and go atleast 3 times per week. As far as eating is concerned, eat healthy, drinks lots of water, you might wanna store in lots of veggies and fruits too. Cardio excersises are the most important you can increase the amount of time by an extra 10 mins then keep moving up. goodluck and do keep us posted!
