You poor girl, sometimes the computer can make it worse though, who hasn't entered sore big toe or something and came back with cancer and hours to live!
However this has happened to me 3 times. Once about your age and it turned out to be my uterus which tilts backwards and it moved a bit, it moved because I was pregnant (about two weeks). Second time it was my backwards uterus again no reason the Dr could see and was sent home with pain killers. Third time it was because I had colic in my bowel few days of tablets and its never come back.
