I keep fat grams under 20 per day and work out 4-5 days per week.
I drink mangosteen and acai juice for extra nutrition.
I don't deprive myself. I eat low fat foods. Trust me, if there is a way to make food with fat, there is a way to make it low fat! I just had fat free whipped cream on sponge cake with cherry stock (fat free cherry filling like in pies)!! Yum. Great dessert!
I set goals, created an action plan and followed through.
