I haven't tried it, but I was doing some research and came across a product called Perfect Acai. It didn't really mention anything about weight loss, but is considered to be really good for your health since it contains 100% acai...only freeze-dried and without seed.
And according to their Consumer Bill of Rights, you don't get autobilled for it. Whether you want the shipment or not is entirely up to you.
