Unhappy new to this but need help!!

Hi everyone....ok so ive never done a forum so im new to all of this but thought i would give it a shot!

OK so im 18years old currently at 120 5'3.....im sure many ppl are thinking im crazy to want to lose weight but trust me in a bikini i dont look so good...my goal is to lose 10pounds by mid May, im a bridesmaid in 2 weddings end of may and beg of june. ive been doing cardio for an hour almost everyday and rollerblading when im not at the gym....and ive cut out all sugar! and dont eat after 7 unless its salad or fruit....what else is crucial for me to add in to help?? and i really want to do it the healthy way cus last summer i lost alot but gained everything back right away
