I don't know that it's not healthy but it needs a balanced approach and it sounds like itsme is on the right path. BUT take a deep breath, your real goal should be lifetime healthly living and eating. That takes some education. Exersize needs to be balanced, not all cardio. Vary it, weights a couple times a week, plenty of walking or biking (make it part of your transportation) and some eudurance - which could include your bike or walking/running. If you over do, you'll slip later and lose what you've you've lost (or gained as it were). Make sure you are stretching too. I really like the Classical Stretch program, it tones and shapes too.

Be sure you are eating a good balanced diet that you enjoy. Experiment with cooking and different foods. Don't worry so much about an immediate deadline as estabilishing lifelong practices you can maintain. Rollercoasting your weight and activity is harder on your body than maintaining a slightly higher weight.
