Wildchild.....ya i know what u mean about the rollercoasting weight..thats why im taking a healthy approch with this...i eat healthy and always read the back of evrything before i eat anything....and i did weights yesturday and im sore beyond belief lol but i just love cardio i wish i could just do that instead of incorporating weights also....would i still lose weight if i were just to do cardio and watch my diet? and how many days a week should i go to the gym?
