My plan is to drink more water and cut out soda. It'll be hard, but I know that I will feel better.
I also plan on doing some type of cardio every day, even if it's only for 30 minutes.... I like both going to the gym or doing something fun outside, its just the motivation needs to be there!!
I'm gonna cut bad carbs, and eat more whole grains and fill up on fruits, veggies and protein.
That's really my only plan... nothing too complicated, just sensible eating.
I want to hit my 10 lb goal by May 9th, because I have a wedding! So hopefully I'll lose 2 lbs a week for the next few weeks, and then I'll be there!
