My problem is carbs... but so far today I've done really well. I am trying to eat protein for the majority of my daily intake, and eating at least 1300 calories.

( I kept trying to do 1000 and 800 and just felt hungry all the time and was told that eating more calories would actually help because then the body doesn't feel like it's starving.)

Anyway... I just keep drinking my 32oz water jugs to keep fuller and I packed a really healthy dinner for work tonight...... turkey burger (no bun) protein shake, 2 cups of spinach salad, a tomato and hummas with whole grain crackers. I'm not sure if I'll eat it all (it seems like alot!) But I always get hungry around 8 or 9pm so my hummus is my little snack for the day. (:
