Your weight times 12 will give you a good idea of where your BMR is. You're probably way under at 1000 calories and don't ever go under 1000.

Yes, be sure to get all your calories and eat every 3 hours even if you're not hungry. It wont always be this way ... this is just until you increase your calorie intake because it's so small and you don't want your body to think you're in danger of starving.

You're already below the minimum that a lot of nutritionists agree is the minimum calorie intake. Right now it's a matter of fueling your organs and muscles so they keep working for you and not against you. If what you're eating is too filling, lower your carbs and increase your fat or protein so you can get your calories without stuffing yourself.
