Well you know on MFP when you go to change your goals.... the left side is like the calories you need to eat... which they had mine set at 1200.... then on the right side is calories to burn from exercise... like your goal of how many calories you want to burn a week.... They had it set around 1440 or somewhere around there. But when I changed the food calories from 1200 to 1000, I didn't change the exercise calories of 1440.... I wasnt sure what to make that number
