Nothing is for free... It may be free to join, but once so, your details are logged in for all sorts of wonderful companies, more than likely to offer you all sorts of wonderful advice, food etc, and those companies are more than likely a sub, of that company so they don't lose.
Your food will not be for free to start with..lets face it.
If anyone wants to lose weight, take the advice you find see what fits, suits and work towards it by yourself.
