maybe you should book in and talk to a surgeon or even a gp. i personally would talk to a pcych too, find out why you want to take such a drastic step. does your career depend on looking youthful, or are you having some self doubts. either way it seems a big change. perhaps you could look at seeing a dermatologist also. such major surgery isnt a new pair of shoes that you shop around for one the internet.
