That's impressive! It sounds like you're doing great with your target.
Personally, I'm trying to lose around a stone to start with. After that, I'll reassess and set a new goal. I work best with small(ish) challenges! I'm trying to cut out carbs as much as possible and drink plenty of water. The tips posted here sound good though so I'll probably be using a few of those too.
