definitely use a calorie calculator. If you are eatting too many calories OR not enough calories you won't be losing weight. If you aren't eatting enough calories with all the exercise you do, your body is storing some of that for the future b/c its in starvation mode (even if you don't feel hungry). Believe me I wasn't even making my minimum 1200 calories a day & sometime still have a hard time doing that, then when you exercise you are given more calories to eat. I use a really great calorie calculator that you can adjust the percentage of carbs/proteins/fats you eat a day or you can put your weight, your goal weight, and your height in there & it will tell you how many calories you should eat & how much of them should be carbs/proteins/fats. Make sure you put your foods in there everyday, even on cheat days so you can get used to how much you should be eatting. Also since you are working out you should definitely be eatting every 2-3 hours. Are you drinking lots of water?
