Hey are you able to go for walks? A really good way to start exercising without doing too much and without having to put muscle on, would be to do some walking at home videos. I believe her name is Leslie Sanson, she has awesome walking videos, they range from 1 mile, 2mile, 3mile and I think she has a 5 mile video coming out. Some videos she uses resistance bands or light weights, some she just walks. They even have a jogging video. If you start of with light exercise it should help, drink lots of water, and eat healthy every 2-3 hours. Also use a calorie calculator you wouldn't believe how much it has helped me. Before I felt like I didn't even have a metabolism, but now I can tell it is working just from eatting every 2-3 hours and from actually giving my body all the calories it needed. I never realized that even though I was eatting bad foods, sometimes I wasnt giving my body all the calories it needed to get through the day because I didn't feel hungry. It was basically just storing fat for later when it was in starvation mode. I use a calorie calculator that you can put your weight, height, and goal weight in there it tells you how many calories you should be eatting to lose 1 or 2 lbs a week. Then you can use their percentages or change your protein/carb/fat percentages to fit your diet. It has been sooo helpful for me & on days you exercise you get more calories!
I was having such a hard time eatting all of my calories, but let me tell you the weeks that I MADE myself eat all of my calories I saw a major difference, lost more pounds or inches. The weeks that I dont make myself eat all my calories, weight loss is very slow!

Hope that helps & if you need more support I'm always here... send me a friend request on here, send an email, or if you have aim or yahoo you can add me on there too! I'm almost 23 and tired of struggling with weight... doing something to change all of that. So far I've lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks and I feel great!

Oh and the calorie calculator site I use is Myfitnesspal

Good luck on your weight loss journey!
