Sounds like you really need to commit yourself to this. You know you have motivation problems so that is going to be your biggest hurdle.

I started boxing four years ago and it's done wonders for me. Many, many women take up the sport to get in shape and end up falling in love with it. I've made so many friends over the years and I've gained a ton of self confidence. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in in my life and it's an activity that I love doing, so I never get bored. It's taken me all over the country and I've met so many different people and had many wonderful experiences.

That's just my experience. I guess the point I'm trying to make is that I think it would be good for you to take up an activity like boxing or some sort of martial art. You'll get in shape, lose weight, gain self confidence and make friends.

You more than likely won't make any friends going to Curves since it's mostly for older ladies. So try to find an activity that is physical, is a team or club sport/actibvity and has people your age for a support group/motivation.

Do you know how to eat healthy? Do you live with your parents? How did your sister lose the weight? Have you ever asked her to help you?
