ok, i am totally new here. finished my third day of the program, and though i think i could strangle tony, i am totally dedicated. i am a lite jogger, and generally keep a pretty low-cal vegetarian diet, but have incorporated veggie burgers and tuna fish to help me out there.
i have a question, for anyone who has experienced success with this. did you experience nausea when you started? i threw up on day 1, and my tummy's been a little shaky during workouts both today and yesterday. any thoughts?
