EGGS are the best thing to fill you up...
Hard work I know... chop veg's into little strips as well and eat them everytime you are hungry.
I eat two boiled eggs almost every day, i know it's like 10grams of fat but it helps to add tuna and salad ie) for lunch.... and loads of veg for dinner/chicken / fish etc...
