I'm wondering what these supplements might be... I need all the help I can get

I joined a gym two months ago and I do the machine weights and alternate between the tread mill and bicycle. I have yet to see any results.
I lied. I have seen some results. My legs have gotten stronger. I can cross them now with out using my hand to pull one up!! But I was hoping for more by now.

I need to loose about 75 lbs.
