Yeah, it is very hard. I leave most of my cals for dinner. I try my best to find an average of how much it is though. Sometimes i just go for a smart ones or lean cuisine meal for dinner that way i know the exact cals. Breakfast and lunch is pretty easy to figure out, i use mostly labelled foods. I read that if u cant count the cals in a meal use portion control so i try that also.
