Model body before the summer...
Hi!
I just started 10 days ago my diet to have a beach body! I already lost about 6 pounds.
I do it by myself, with no help- expect from a blog created by a model that gives her diet and exercice program. It is very healthy and I am not hungry ( you can read the aerticles on .................edited by Moderator....
I also registered at a gym, LA fitness and find it less boring than I thought.
What is your experience? Do you have any extra tips?
