Eat a small breakfast, and a small lunch, and then for dinner just eat a huge salad, and after a month of doing that plus exercise daily - you will lose a lot.
As for that dinner salad, put cheese, meat, fatning dressing- whatever you want on it.
Then abotu an hour after you eat it you will be hungry again and you will lose maybe 5 to 20 pounds in a month.
