In most things, no one can 'do' anything, 'Sorry!'
Until your lawyer starts flinging documents.
Then everyone wants to settle.
There was a case like this already...
a couple was booked into a
'clothes optional' hotel...
wasn't until they reached there
that they found out...
People who book into hotels...
ask questions...
'can I get a Kosher diet?'
'how far from the ocean?'
'does my room have a bath tub?'
Now if one never asked these questions
then the agent would be able to say...
'well how would I know that the party
wanted...?'
But clothing ...
that's sort of a default.
