Default Advice on Weight Loss/Personal Trainers

Hello,
I am 255 pounds, and I am 32 years old. I workout M,W,F-Cardio, and T,Thurs-Weights. I do Tae Kwon Do in the evenings. Would a personal trainer be helpful? What are the benefits for a trainers?? Any good advice on losing weight? Terri
