I've hired a trainer for lifting and I've taken some group personal training classes before.
If I had the money, I'd hire one forever to workout with me twice a week but it's expensive.

If you're doing cardio 3x a week and weight AND martial arts, yet you are over weight then there is something amiss. What are your workouts like? What is your diet like? Could you have a thyroid problem?
