i recently lost 10 pounds by eating right and exercising. i ate four small meals a day, mostly consisting of fruits and a normal dinner. also its totally ok to splurge every once in a while and have some bad foods cause i did during my weight loss! also remember, in order to lose weight, dont focus on not eating many calories cause each metabolism needs a certain amound of calories a day to burn fat and lose weight!
