i work along with a personal trainer, whilst he's working with other people,so i have a fairly good idea how stuff work, but yet i am overweight( eat too much) however, if u r doing strength training, cardio and tae- then that sounds good- just stick at it- u didnt mention how long u've stared this program and if u've dropped any inches yet. remember u r doing weights so u might loose inches faster than u loose pounds
