Well, I'm sure your family (as in older relatives, mom/dad/sister/etc) could get over a new husband/partner easier than your children. If your happy in your current relationship, then stay there? If he's a good father and theres no issues, I mean... the other guy had his chance. But iunno, maybe the other guy would be a better choice.
Just don't go with the highschool guy just cuz you think it'll turn out great. Hah... boy do people change...
