One of the big concerns I have with diet pills is that so many contain what is essentially "speed". It not only bumps up your energy levels and drops your appetite but it can age you from the inside out. In other words while weighing less may be healthier, getting there by doing something unhealthy isn't a good idea. It's robbing Peter to pay Paul, setting yourself up for other problems later. It may be 6 of one, half dozen of the other, since excess weigh carries some high risks too. But it is so much better to educate yourself and establish new healtier habits for your lifetime.
