235NvrAgain, 56 pounds that is awesome!!! im down 30, but only like 10 pounds without the help of diet pills. i still have a long way to go but my next goal is 210 (im at 220 now but want to get to 130-140) its nice not to be on the pills if you think about what happens when you get to your weight on them, do you have to keep taking them?, spending more money a month to mantian a certain weight. that is not for me. im glad you understand. i wish we could get more to think like us. i love my workouts, they kick my butt and i feel so much better after doing them, and if i eat right all day i look back and tell myself "see that wasnt so hard now was it". that is all you have to do to lose the weight. i hope you reach your goal soon, and good luck to the rest of us
