Yes it can be pleasurable for a woman as well, if you follow 3 important rules. 1. LOTS of Communication / the receiver should always be in control of how much, how fast, and when.
2. Lots of relaxation / if you are tense you are going to cause yourself more pain than pleasure.
3. LOTS OF LUBRICATION! / I would always recommend a silicone based lube because it isn't going to soak into the tissue and have to keep being re-applied.
NOT SOMETHING I WOULD RECOMMEND TRYING ON A FIRST DATE
