Never a good thing when you put something down there as the same thing your car runs on! YIKES!

If it feels slippery, people will use it as a lubricant. I urge you to always read the label! Important things to look for is if it contains any of the 3 BIG No, No's! If it contains Sugar, if it is oil (petroleum) based & if it contains Glycerin if you are prone to yeast infections.

Never a good idea to use any product that contains sugar! Ladies this will turn your Sugar Dish into a bowl of Cottage Cheese!
Sugar causes YEAST INFECTIONS!
So if you are prone to infections such as avoid the chocolate syrup & whipped cream on your next adventure!

Lubrication such as K-Y is water based, but it contains GLYCERIN & cause an increase in the growth of yeast in the vaginal area which can eventually lead to a yeast infection.

We all know water and oil doesn't mix. So when you are in the bathroom cleaning up after the great love making session and you think you are all clean and fresh, THINK AGAIN!
The oil in some lubricants doesn't wash completely off trapping bacteria, sending you straight to the doctors office with the thought that he has cheated on you when in fact that ITCH is just a bacteria infection!
And may I add NOW AN EXPENSIVE ONE WITH THE BILL YOU JUST RECEIVED!

Other important reasons to use a lubrication is if you are having painful intercourse, experiencing vaginal dryness due to stress, medications, or other common medical issues,
OR
maybe your partner is not so hot in the foreplay department & you aren't yet excited when he enters the love tunnel, it can lead to small tears in the vaginal canal, again trapping bacteria.

Also not using a lubrication during intercourse with a condom can raise the chance of breaking the condom, and before you know it you are now up at 3AM feeding your new baby!

At all cost use a lubrication! I can not explain how important this is!
makes me wonder why anyone wants to have sex at all..must be for that little tingle at the end
