That's great. I also started "with help" which made me lose some weight at first and then stopped. Although those six or so pounds that I lost on pills didn't get rid of any actual fat that I noticed.
So I started to get into exercise and eat more frequently because I wanted to enhance my performance ... It's been 25 pounds since I first posted here (back in February). Of course most of that weight was lost with exercise and eating well enough ... lots of exercise and lots of muscle-fueling food, hehe.
