If you hate eating salads then you really don't have to eat them. There are hundreds of healthy alternatives. Depriving your body of carbs, proteins and even fats isn't going to make you lose fat.
If you're like me and pressed for time try bulk cooking some tasty healthy dish's on the weekend. Fridge it and eat it throughout the week. This is a great way to save time in the kitchen and control the size of your meals.
